01We produce
Our plant produces its own Zamoroz frozen pastries. The range and weight of each product can be viewed below.
02Keep frozen
Take the storage conditions and expiration date from the labeling of the specific product. For partners, we clarify the requirements for the cold chain.
03Prepare for baking
In our own network, we defrost products at the point of sale. The sequence of preparation depends on the product: for B2B, it is agreed with the technologist.
04We bake on the spot
